Selima Sfar is a keynote speaker on elite performance, a tennis analyst and commentator for beIN SPORTS, and co-founder of Unus Mundus.

Born in Sidi Bou Saïd in 1977, she began playing at the Tennis Club de Carthage at eight and left Tunisia at twelve to train in Biarritz. Trained in France, she chose to represent Tunisia, even when France offered her the opportunity to train within the French Federation, representing France.

She became the first Arab woman in history to reach the WTA Top 100, with a career high of No. 75 in singles and No. 47 in doubles. She played 37 Grand Slam draws in singles and doubles across the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open, and was the first Arab woman in history to play the main draw of all four Grand Slam tournaments. She reached a Wimbledon doubles quarter-final in 2008, and recorded 41 Fed Cup wins for Tunisia. She competed at two Olympic Games, Atlanta 1996 and Beijing 2008.

She is now a tennis analyst and commentator for beIN SPORTS, broadcasting live in Arabic from Doha and in French for beIN SPORTS France: the only commentator on a major global sports network to broadcast live in two languages.

In August 2023 she spoke publicly for the first time about sexual abuse she suffered as a young player, in a front-page interview with L'Équipe, and again with CNN Arabic the following month.

She is the creator of Sexy Spirituality©, created in 2022 and registered in the United States in 2025, and co-founder of Unus Mundus, established with Fernando Cavalher on 13 May 2022. She facilitates The Management Code at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL Tunis, where she is Marraine of the 2025/2026 graduating class. She is Global Brand Ambassador for Lacoste, a house that has sponsored her since 1992, and co-founder of Le Club de Gammarth, a 14,000 m² beachfront sports and lifestyle club in Tunis.
